Is this the real Philips, with the warranty?
Yes. Every unit is a sealed, boxed Philips AC0920/60 bought from Philips' authorised distribution in India, with the serial number on the carton and Philips' two-year warranty. You get the invoice; Philips' service line handles warranty, and we help inside Delhi if a unit ever needs collecting.
How fast will it arrive?
Inside Delhi, orders placed before 2 pm leave the same day and arrive in 1 to 2 days by two-wheeler or van. Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad open once our GST registration is granted; leave your pincode at checkout and we message you the day it opens.
Which room size does one unit cover?
Philips rates the AC0920 for rooms up to 320 sq ft. On our stricter smog-night rule (five air changes an hour at a 9 ft ceiling) one unit covers about 200 sq ft, which is a typical Delhi bedroom with the door closed. Large living rooms take two; see the pair bundle.
Is it quiet enough to sleep next to?
Sleep mode runs at 20.5 dB by Philips' figure, with the display dimmed. A quiet bedroom at night is about 30 dB, so you will not hear it.
What does a year of filters cost?
One Philips FY0900/30 filter, about ₹2,370 a year by Philips' own price and life figure, or ₹2,499 from us delivered. Buy it with the purifier and you will not think about it again until next October.
How much electricity does it use?
21 W at full power by Philips' figure. Running it all night, every night, through the smog season costs less than a cup of chai a week.
How do I pay?
UPI, cards, net banking and EMI through Razorpay, a UPI QR you scan from any app, or a bank transfer against a proforma for companies. Prices include all taxes applicable today.
Can I return it?
Yes. Dead on arrival or damaged in transit is replaced within 48 hours or refunded in full. Unused units in their packaging can be returned within 7 days; we collect from your address. Refunds go back the way you paid within 5 to 7 working days.
Do you issue a GST invoice?
A tax invoice with GST follows the grant of our registration, which has been applied for. Until then you get a receipt with the full price breakup, and companies get a proforma for the advance.
Who are you?
Purispira is a Delhi NCR venture run by six founders, born this smog season to get certified purifiers into bedrooms fast. A person answers on WhatsApp from 9 am to 9 pm, every day of the season.
