We collect what an order needs and nothing else.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number, delivery address, email if you give it, what you ordered and how you paid. Payment details are handled by Razorpay and never stored by us. Our server logs the IP address and browser type of each order to stop fraud.

What we use it for

Delivering your order, confirming payment, warranty support, and messaging you about this order on WhatsApp. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Where it lives

Orders are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Your bag and pincode are kept in your own browser only.

Your rights

Ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time through the contact page. We keep invoice records for the period tax law requires.
