Delivery

Updated 16 October 2026

Delivered inside Delhi in 1 to 2 days. Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad open once our GST registration is granted.

Timing

Orders before 2 pm ship the same day, Monday to Saturday. We message you on WhatsApp when the parcel leaves and when it is about to arrive. Large items travel by a dedicated two-wheeler or van inside Delhi, not by a sack courier.

Charges

Delivery is free inside Delhi. Where a charge applies it is shown on the checkout page before you pay. There are no hidden fees.

Checking the parcel

Open the box when it arrives. If the carton is damaged or the product does not switch on, tell the delivery person and message us within 24 hours with a photo. We replace it, no questions.

Outside Delhi

Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad open once our GST registration is granted, after which we ship pan-India by Delhivery or Shiprocket in 3 to 6 days. Leave your pincode on the checkout page and we will message you the day it opens.
