Plain terms for buying from Purispira. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

Who you are buying from

Products on this site are sold by the seller named in the footer. The maker of each product is named on its page and on the carton.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include every tax applicable on the day you buy. The total you see on the checkout page is the total you pay. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details. Orders paid by UPI or bank transfer are confirmed once the money reaches our account.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send the confirmation message. If a product is unavailable after you order, we tell you within one working day and refund you in full or offer an alternative you may decline.

Delivery

See the delivery page. Risk passes to you when the parcel is handed over at the address you gave.

Complaints

Write to the grievance officer named on the contact page. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 require.

Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes go to the courts and consumer forums of New Delhi.
